A commitment fee of $1,000 will be required before we go through the Franchise Disclosure Document. - A Franchise Agreement will be prepared within a week after the signing of the NDA. You have two weeks to review the Agreement with the relevant parties. - Upon signing the Franchise Agreement, the balance payment shall be made to Brainy Bunch Inc. within 14 days to ensure the franchisee remains entitled to the opportunity at the City & Country applied for.
